Finally Liking Belly Time!

After weeks of crying when we put her on her stomach, she surprised us this weekend by instantly pushing up and looking around! And, she LOVES her new chair!

Na weken van huilen toen we haar op haar buik, verrast ze ons dit weekend direct door te duven en rondkijken! En, ze houdt haar nieuwe stoel!

January Sunshine

It was very sunny, and she validly needed to try out her sunglasses. Note the cool look - pacifier hanging out in her sporty buggy. Even if it's not a Mclaren, and only a Maclaren, she still has a 5-point safety harness.

Het was zeer zonnig, en ze rechtsgeldig nodig om uit te proberen haar zonnenbril. Let op de coole look - fopspeen opknoping in haar sportieve buggy. Zelfs als het niet een McLaren, en slechts een Maclaren, heeft ze nog een 5-puntsveiligheidsgordel.

12 weeks at play

She can entertain herself for quite some time these days with rings and other hanging toys. But as you'll see, she is always happy to see mom.

Ze kan vermaken zich al geruime tijd deze dagen met ringen en andere opknoping speelgoed. Maar zoals u zult zien, ze is altijd blij om moeder te zien.

Mums & Babies

My brave friend Susannah hosted 10 mums & babies this week. Astonishingly there were several periods of quiet.

Mijn dappere vriend Susannah gehoste 10 moeders & baby's deze week. Verbazingwekkend waren er meerdere periodes van rust.

S is for Stella

Chocolate Letter: This edible font is part of the Dutch Sinterklaas (Saint Nicholas) celebration. Children (and adults) receive a chocolate letter on 5 December that is part of their initial.

Chocolate Letter: deze eetbare lettertype is onderdeel van de Nederlandse Sinterklaas feest. Kinderen (en volwassenen) krijgen een chocolade letter op 5 december dat onderdeel is van hun oorspronkelijke.

She is now officially Dutch and American. And, she has a residence permit for Switzerland.

Ze is nu officieel Nederlands en Amerikaans. En, heeft ze een verblijfsvergunning voor Zwitserland.

Lint Line, Life Line

We try to keep her clean but inevitably once we open her hands we find them filled with surprises. We've renamed her life line to lint line.

We proberen haar schoon te houden, maar onvermijdelijk als we eenmaal open haar handen vinden we ze vol met verrassingen. We hebben omgedoopt haar leven lint lijn naar lijn.
