Merry Christmas

Our first Christmas photo...and an outtake. Just as we arranged ourselves for the photo Stella spit up milk all over herself and me...but it's well hidden. We have the best present we could have ever imagined for the holidays. We hope yours is equally as rewarding.

Onze eerste kerst foto...en een blooper. Net toen we er helemaal klaar voor zaten besloot Stella om melk over zichzelf en Laura uit te spugen... maar het is gelukkig goed verborgen. Wij hebben het beste kerst-kado dat we ons maar konden wensen. Wij hopen dat jullie feestdagen net zo vreugdevol zijn!

Baby play, not always so fun

We do lots of developmental activities during the day, some go over better than others. Normally she'll play with this wooden set for a half hour, keeping herself content. Not this afternoon!

We doen veel van ontwikkelings-activiteiten tijdens de dag, sommige gaan dan beter dan andere. Normaal zal ze spelen met deze houten set voor een half uur, houden zich inhoud. Niet vanmiddag.

Bath & Smiles

She had her 5 week check up with the pediatrician who says she is doing great. We were all surprised by her growth (in length) but that's why some of the newborn clothes are already too short! She's grown nearly 2", 5 cm! She is very social, makes strong eye contact, is SMILING and is beginning those cute baby coo-ing noises.

Eloise (left) was born a day before Stella, Arthur (center) is 9 weeks, and sweet Stella is on the right. We had an impromptu mom's get-together today.
